How long does an installer have to complete a Boiler Upgrade Scheme installation?

The installer must install and commission the heat pump within 120 days of applying, or the application is void. It is the installer’s deadline rather than the homeowner’s, but it is worth confirming before work is booked.

Can one property get more than one heat pump grant?

No. Under the Boiler Upgrade Scheme, one grant is available per property.

Is Northern Ireland covered by these grants?
